Une femme (2008)

in Former productions

The performance – although danced by two women – is about a woman. It is about roundness and angularity, lightness and gravity, etherealness and earthliness, quickness and slowness, being hasty and lacking behind, complementing and opposition, black and white, colourfulness and the lack of colour. And about the body. About the body and how it gives away everything. And hence about the female archetype. And it is also about Bach, whose violin sonata in G minor inspired it.

Dancers: Sebestyén Tímea, Kata Kopeczny
Music: J. S. Bach: Violin sonata is G minor
Light: Attila Szirtes Visual effects/ video: Zsolt Korai
Choreography: Kata Juhász
